MOTH- Teaser Trailer Goes Live!

Kick off those Monday blues by watching the teaser trailer for 'MOTH', our brand new film now in post-production after wrapping principal photography in January. 'MOTH' is set over the course of one night, following a taxi driver who returns to work after the death of his daughter only to come across the young boy who who may be responsible for her death. Written and directed by Allyn Quigley.

Discovery Award Nominations!

Congrats to director Ian Hunt Duffy who is nominated for a Discovery Award at the 2019 Virgin Media Dublin International Film Festival! Ian was nominated alongside Low Tide writer Darach McGarrigle and make-up artist Madonna Bambino, as well as production designer Alice Russell for her work on The Trap! Great news and really well deserved!

Happy New Year folks! 2018 was a good year for Failsafe. We officially launched our sister company Strangelove and produced two Screen Ireland films 'Low Tide' and 'The Trap' which premiered at the Cork Film Festival in November. But 2019 is shaping up to to be even better!

We're producing a new short film later this month- 'Moth' directed by Allyn Quigley; our feature film 'Double Blind' is in development with Screen Ireland, and Paddy Slattery's debut feature film 'Let Your Guard Down' is in post-production. So lots of exciting things to come!

World Premiere of The Trap and Low Tide!

Our two new Screen Ireland funded short films-- 'The Trap' directed by Helen Flanagan and 'Low Tide' directed by Ian Hunt Duffy- both had their World Premiere on Saturday 17th of November at the Cork Film Festival. Both films went down really well with the audience, so we're looking forward to screening at more festivals soon. Watch this space!

Week 2 Begins on 'Let Your Guard Down'

Principal photography has begun on the feature film 'Let Your Guard Down', which will be filming in Dublin over the next 4 weeks. The film is a crime drama written and directed by Paddy Slattery, produced by Simon Doyle of Failsafe Films, and starring Tristan HeanueGemma Leah Devereux and John Connors. Watch this space!
